Vegetarian Wedge Salad

We show you how to throw together the classic Wedge Salad with crisp iceberg lettuce and our creamy homemade blue cheese dressing. We omit the bacon bits for this recipe to make it appropriate for vegetarians that include dairy in their diets.

Step 1
Cut the lettuce into wedges. Chop the tomatoes. Thinly slice the scallions.
Step 2
Place the lettuce wedge in a shallow bowl or on a salad plate. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the dressing over the lettuce. Then sprinkle the chopped tomatoes and onion slices over the top.
Step 3

Drizzle another tablespoon of dressing over the salad. Then sprinkle the blue cheese wedges over the top.

Step 4
Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper and garnish with herbs. Serve chilled.
