Keto Remoulade Sauce

Sauce Rémoulade is a classic French cold mayonnaise-based sauce. Similar to tartar sauce it typically accompanied meats in traditional French gastronomy. It has been transformed by the cooks of Louisiana to be a piquant variation, most often served with seafood. It's the classic accompaniment with shrimp and crab appetizers in most New Orleans restaurants.

Notes and Tips

TITLE

Sauce Rémoulade can be kept in the refrigerator in a sealed glass jar for up to about 10 days. It cannot be frozen. For best results, don’t make large batches of spice blends as the spices begin to lose potency with time after being ground.
