Keto Microwave Almond Flour Biscuits

Keto 90-second Microwave Biscuits

Enjoy these fluffy almond flour biscuits that can be whipped up and cooked in less than 5 minutes. Cut them in half and use them like English muffins like we did in this Eggs Benedict recipe.

Step 1

In a blender bowl or a small mixing bowl combine all the indredients blend or beat vigorously for 30 seconds.

Step 2

Grease the bottom and sides of a ramekin with a few drops of oil or butter, then pour the mixture halfway up in an 8-oz ramekin.

Step 3

Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Remove from the microwave. Be careful. That ramekin is hot.

Step 4

Let the ramekin cool for a couple of minutes then cut around the edge of the biscuit in the ramekin and push in slightly to dislodge the biscuit from the ramekin. Then invert the ramekin on a cutting board and tap firmly to dislodge the biscuit. Place it on a cooling rack until it cools to room temperature.
