Keto Eggs Benedict Recipe

Our Keto Eggs Benedict elevates ham and eggs to resort hotel status without the $400 per night price tag and without the carbs. This version utilizes our standard Microwave 90-second Biscuit made with almond flour which is the only real modification to the ingredients from the classic recipe.

Be forewarned, Eggs Benedict is difficult to master. Timing of each element is crucial and not easy to perfect. But the rewards are worth the effort.

Step 1

In a blender bowl or a small mixing bowl combine all the indredients blend or beat vigorously for 30 seconds.

Step 2

Grease the bottom and sides of a ramekin with a few drops of oil or butter, then pour the mixture halfway up in an 8-oz ramekin.

Step 3

Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Remove from the microwave. Be careful. That ramekin is hot.

Step 4

Let the ramekin cool for a couple of minutes then cut around the edge of the biscuit in the ramekin and push in slightly to dislodge the biscuit from the ramekin. Then invert the ramekin on a cutting board and tap firmly to dislodge the biscuit. Place it on a cooling rack until it cools to room temperature.
