This Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffin isn't just keto-friendly and a low-carb favorite of everyone that's tried it, it's about as good as any sugar- and processed flour-laden version you'll find. It's simple, quick and delicious.

Step 1

Preheat the oven at 325°F (163°C).

Step 2

Combine the peanut butter, melted butter, sugar substitute, and salt. Stir thoroughly. Add the egg(s) and vanilla extract. Add the baking powder and cocoa. Continue stirring. Add warm almond milk at incorporate into the chocolate dough. Add the walnuts and unsweetened chocolate flakes or chips. Stir to incorporate into the dough.

Step 3

Line a six-portion muffin pan with cupcake liner (parchment paper) or a silicone muffin liner and bake at 325°F (163°C) for 18-23 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool before removing them from the muffin-tin.
